Player Agreement

This Player Agreement covers anyone who creates an account at Clinton Casino or places a bet there. It takes effect the moment you sign up and stays in force whenever you log in, make a deposit, play or request a withdrawal.

How do I accept this agreement?

When you create an account and use our lobby, you accept every part of this agreement. It also includes our Bonus Terms, Personal Data Policy, Cookie Notice, Player Protection, KYC & AML Policy and 19+ Policy. If you disagree with any of it, please do not sign up or play.

Which law applies?

How do I raise a complaint?

How are game results decided?

Every result in Slots, Jackpots and our digital table games is produced by random number generation, so each outcome is independent and earlier rounds have no influence on it.
Our Live Casino games feature real dealers working in a professional studio, with each round broadcast live to your screen. Each result counts as final once the studio logs it.

If a malfunction affects any plays or pays, they are void. Stakes from a voided round go back to your balance.

Losses caused by faults in your own device or connection, by circumstances outside our influence, or by your breach of this agreement are not our responsibility. On a claim about disputed play, our maximum payment equals the balance linked to that play. Your rights under Canadian consumer law remain unaffected.

Who owns this site's content?

We, or the companies that license to us, hold the rights to the Clinton Casino name, logo, text, graphics and design. Game rights stay with the developers that created each title. You may use this content only while playing with us. Copying, reselling or reusing it is not allowed.

How many accounts can I open?

One account per person.
Use your true personal details at sign-up and update them when they change.
Your login is personal. Never share your password, and make sure no one else uses your account to play.
Duplicate accounts are closed and any winnings on them are void.

What is not allowed?

Collusion, chip dumping or playing as a group to gain an edge.
Bots, scripts or software that automate play.

Using a VPN or any other tool to hide your location.

If we detect any of these, we can hold funds, void related winnings and close your account. We also take action under our KYC & AML Policy.

How do deposits and withdrawals work?

All balances are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Can this agreement change?

Yes. We publish the new terms here and send you an email or a lobby message before they take effect. If you play on past the effective date, your account is covered by the updated terms.
